- Most items ship in 3-5 business days except during the busy Wood Badge season, Mid-August through Mid-Nov and March through
Mid-May, when orders can take ten business days to process.
- If you have a special requirement please let us know and we will try to
accommodate you.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged or items that do not
arrive within the US Postal Service delivery times. (see Shipping
for more information)

- Note that the shipping time that appears on your order is just that,
the amount of time the postal service quotes for delivery, not when you will receive
your order, as we need time to process your order as well.

- If you need your order
shipped within 24 hours, a HOTRUSH charge of $12.50 will apply and should
be selected in the Shipping/Insurance category. If we are not able to ship your
order within 24 hours you will not be charged the HOTRUSH fee.
